McMaster University Athletics

Mary came to McMaster in 1964 and until 1977 served in a variety of roles, including coaching archery, badminton, hockey, tennis and volleyball while serving on the faculty in the Department of Physical Education. From 1970-73, she was Director of Women 's Athletics and helped in the development of the OWIAA, serving as league president during it's initial year. In 1989-90, Mary served as interim chair of Women's Athletics.
