David has been a tremendous supporter of McMaster. Based on his experience as a student athlete with the 1963-64 Marauder basketball and football teams, David has a heightened appreciation for the value of sport as part of the student experience. That appreciation resulted in David taking a leadership role in ensuring that the physical prosperity and well being of McMaster students would be preserved for decades to come. His generosity, through transformational gifts, has enabled students to participate in sport at a high level while simultaneously forging partnerships within the McMaster and Hamilton communities.
