Beth was a member of the Lady Mac ice hockey team that won the O.W.I.A.A. Championships in 1976 and 1978. She served on the President's Committee on Athletics from 1984-86, and in 1988 established a working group for the development of the Women's Athletic Alumnae Association. She was President of the Association from 1989-91, co-chairing the annual Hall of Fame Dinner during her tenure.
