Gymnastics

A world-class gymnast, Mitruk represented Canada in two Olympics. He was Canadian university gymnast champion in 1972 and led Mac to two Ontario titles. In his senior year he was voted the first winner of the Ivor Wynne trophy as Mac's male athlete of the year.
