WINDSOR, Ont. — The Marauders headed back down to the Dennis Fairall Fieldhouse for the 34th Annual Team Challenge. Both the Marauder men and women decided to focus solely on the mile race on Friday to record some fast times.
On the women's side, three Marauders cracked the top ten. Ana Morariu (Kincardine, Ont.) grabbed 2nd with a time of 4:52.40, followed by Victoria Lamb (London, Ont.) in 4th who crossed the line in 4:56.56, and then it was Jessica Yemen (Petawawa, Ont.) in 9th with a time of 5:08.10 to finished off the Marauder top finishers.
The Marauder men also had their top three finishers in the top ten as well. Giancarlo Farruggia (Hamilton, Ont.) stole 4th with a time of 4:16.37, then it was Ryan Davies (Sarnia, Ont.) close behind in 5th, crossing in 4:18.74, and Noah Patterson (Toronto, Ont.) finished 7th in 4:21.22.
Up Next: The Marauders head to Boston again to compete in the David Hemery Valentine Invitational on February 14-15th.
