HAMILTON, Ont. — The McMaster Marauders (0-2-0) had a tough finish to their 2024 season as they faced off against the Wilfrid Laurier Golden Hawks (1-1-0) and the Queen's Gaels (2-0-0) in their OUA Championship round robin.

Game one was on Friday, and the game got away from the Marauders. The Marauders would get on the board twice with goals from Sophie Steele (Mississauga, Ont.) and Breanna Lombardo (Oakville, Ont.). The Marauders would fall 23-2, making their road to the Championship much tougher as they face the undefeated Queen's Gaels.

On Saturday morning, the Marauders took on the Gaels and once again were unable to have much success. The Gaels earned a decisive 21-0 win, eliminating the Marauders from the competition and ending their season.
