MARAUDERS RECRUIT DEFENSIVE STANDOUTS

It is with great excitement that McMaster Football announces its first group of recruit commitments for 2012, with emphasis on the defense. Defensive Coordinator Greg Knox believes this incoming group includes some of the premier players at their positions coming out of the Ontario high school ranks. This incoming class has the potential to compete for playing time immediately, and will provide outstanding depth on the defensive side of the ball.

Head coach of the 2011 Vanier Cup Champion Marauders, Stefan Ptaszek commented on McMaster’s initial group of recruits, “We are very excited to make this announcement and feel strongly that this group of student-athletes will have a tremendous impact on our campus and football program.
