HAMILTON, Ont. - After the first two-win weekend of the season, the Marauders are finding their stride at the right time. McMaster, who currently sits in fifth in the OUA West with 10 points, will host the Waterloo Warriors who sit directly behind the Marauders in the standings. This is the only scheduled meeting between the two teams this season. Game time is set for 3:15pm on Sunday at Ron Joyce Stadium.

Scoring nine goals in last weekend's series with the Lancers, the Marauders will now look to continue the attacking prowess against the Warriors. McMaster has won four of the last five meetings with Waterloo and will look to continue their two game win streak on Sunday. The Marauders and Warriors last met in 2021 for a pre-season contest which the maroon and grey won by a score of 2-1. Prior to that, the Marauders defeated Waterloo 3-2 in regular season action on October 9, 2019 at Ron Joyce Stadium.
Five different Marauders found the back of the net last weekend with
Spencer Chapple (Toronto, Ont.),
Andrew Kadhe (Vaughan, Ont.) and
Amir Shirazi (Oakville, Ont.) recording their first goals of the season.
Waterloo currently sits at 2-3-1 in the OUA standings. Last weekend, the Warriors faced the Badgers twice, ending in a draw and a loss for the yellow and black.
Last Time Out
Shirazi recorded the Marauders' first hat trick of the season in last Sunday's contest against the Lancers, scoring on all three of his shots.
Miles Green (Toronto, Ont.) and
Ed Bryan Florent (Orleans, Ont.) have accounted for 28 of the Marauders' 50 shots through three weeks of competition.
Ethan Cagalj (Stoney Creek, Ont.) has been the netminder for four games this season. He's recorded one shutout and has made 24 saves this season.
