The Marauders showcased their determination last weekend, after a hard-fought game against the Brock Badgers. McMaster ultimately found the back of the net for a final score of 1-0 earning them the full three points. McMaster will look to extend their win streak this weekend. The Marauders and Lions last met in the OUA Quarterfinals in October of 2019 where McMaster fell 4-1. Just a few weeks earlier, the Marauders tied the Lions 0-0 at home. McMaster will look to rewrite the narrative on Saturday afternoon.
Ed Bryan Florent (Orleans, Ont.) found the back of the net in the 57th minute with an assist from Amir Shirazi (Oakville, Ont.) in last week's contest against the Brock Badgers.
York (7-0-1) is currently undefeated and sits six points ahead of the Marauders in the OUA standings after two wins against the Algoma Thunderbirds.
