Box Score Licking their wounds from a punishing early-season schedule, McMaster made the most of a trip to St. Catharines Wednesday. The Marauders powered back into the win column with a 1-0 decision over the Brock Badgers that broke a five-match winless streak.

Sophomore forward Yordan Stojanov had the game's only goal for the Marauders, who improved to 3-3-2 with the result, good for fourth in the OUA West division.

Goalkeeper Kieran Doyle-Davis kept his fourth clean sheet of the season.

Striking early and putting the host Badgers on the back foot, Stojanov opened the scoring in just the 18th minute, with what proved to be Wednesday's only breakthrough.
