Hamilton, Ont. - McMaster's men's soccer team won their second game of the 2012 season on Saturday afternoon at Ron Joyce Stadium. The Marauders took out the visiting Windsor Lancers by a score of 2-1. 

In just the twelfth minute of the game, McMaster's Paterson Farrel (Oakville, Ont.) scored the first goal of the game.

He would follow that up with his second goal of the game, and his third of the season just before half time. Rebounding off the goalie twice before putting it in the back of the night. Farrel helped give McMaster the 2-0 lead going into the second half. 

In the next 45 minutes, only one goal would be scored and it came from Windsor's Christian Mayorga. The goal came off a rebound that Mayorga volley out of the air and aimed it right for the top corner. The score would remain 2-1 until the end of the game. McMaster lead shots on goal 6-4. 

McMaster hosts their second game of the weekend against the Western Mustangs at 3:15pm.
