Guelph, Ont. - The McMaster men's lacrosse team travled to Guelph to take on the Gryphons on Saturday night. The Marauders would lose the match up, 16-6.

in the first quarter, both teams would score three for a tied game. McMaster's Dan Lapanensee, Kevin MaCrory and Carter Williams would get on the board.

The Gryphons would then score eight unanswered goals throughout the second and third quarters to take a large lead on the Marauders.

In the fourth MaCrory would score his second and Mitchell Iszkula and Cam Murphy would add one each but it wouldn't be enough to overtake the strong Guelph squad.
