The fifth-year leader of McMaster’s nationally-ranked men’s squad took his first race win of the season in the inaugural running of Mac’s Marauder Bayfront Open on October 13. His time of 20:45 in the seven-kilometre event saw Tweedle outpace former teammate Taylor Forbes by seven seconds for the title.

Tweedle’s low post helped the McMaster men to the team title by a 21-point margin, as Mac won their third team championship of the season, topping nationally-ranked opponents Western and Windsor in the process.
