Newly returned from an injury that kept him out for much of McMaster’s season, winger Sasha Ricciuti reminded fans this past week why he is an integral part of the Marauders.
McMaster was level with Laurier on October 20, when Ricciuti struck in the 65th minute to give his team the lead in the important game, which would allow the Marauders to leapfrog the Hawks into third in the OUA West. In the 84th, he added an assist on Marco Gennaccaro’s goal, as the Marauders secured three valuable points in a 3-1 win.
Ricciuti was back at it on October 22, setting up McMaster’s first goal from Dusan Kovacevic, as the Marauders completed their regular season with a 2-0 win over the Brock Badgers.
