HAMILTON, Ont. - Just five games are left on the 2022 McMaster women's soccer schedule and the Marauders are in search of their second win of the season. The maroon and grey are unbeaten over the past four games, collecting six points from those contests. McMaster will look to get back in the win column this weekend when the team travels to St. Catharines for a Friday night match with the Brock Badgers. Game time is set for 6pm.

After a tough outcome last weekend against the Waterloo Warriors, the maroon and grey will look to gain some momentum and show they are a tough team to contend with this weekend against the Badgers. The two teams matched up three times in 2019, twice during the regular season and once in an OUA First Round Playoff game. McMaster won the post-season contest by a score of 1-0 but fell to the Badgers in the other two games. Brock sits fourth in the OUA West standings while McMaster sits three spots back in seventh. The maroon and grey will look to draw closer to the Badgers with a solid result this weekend.
McMaster drew 2-2 with the Waterloo Warriors last Sunday.
Bryanna Caldwell (Tottenham, Ont.) picked up her fourth goal of the 2022 OUA season while rookie,
Mia Paiement (Hamilton, Ont.), recorded her first goal as a Marauder.
The Badgers hold a 4-3 record after splitting last weekend's series (1-0, 1-3) with the Western Mustangs.
