The No. 2 nationally ranked McMaster Marauders men's volleyball team returns to the Forsyth Cup final on Saturday to play host to the No. 4 Toronto Varsity Blues at Burridge Gym.

Both teams advanced through their respective divisional finals by way of sweeps; the Marauders dropped the Brock Badgers, while the Varsity Blues took care of business at home against the No. 5 Queen's Gaels 3-0.

Qualifying for the championship game, both teams officially punched their tickets to represent the OUA at the 2022 U SPORTS Men's volleyball championship hosted by the Manitoba Bisons.

But first comes the OUA championship game and for the Marauders, this will be their first time taking on a nationally ranked opponent since the start of the regular season. The home team hasn't lost to the Varsity Blues in their last three meetings, but a different Toronto side comes to Hamilton, one that captured silver in 2020 at Burridge Gym and will be keen to make an upgrade this season to gold.

Meanwhile for the Marauders, they will look to hoist their 10th Forsyth Cup in 15 years tomorrow.
