Box Score It took the Marauders most of their match to find the back of the net on Sunday, but once they did, the floodgates truly opened. McMaster scored four goals in the space of 15 minutes to continue their dominant run of form with a 4-0 road victory over the Waterloo Warriors.

Kyle Kazda, Christian Truyen, Chris Luxton and David Serafini each had goals for the Marauders (3-0-2), who have won three consecutive matches in lopsided fashion since opening the season with back-to-back draws. In victories over Windsor, Brock and now, Waterloo, McMaster has piled on 12 goals, while conceding none. It was Kieran Doyle-Davis this time who collected the clean sheet between the pipes for McMaster.

Early signs suggested that the Marauders may be snake-bitten as they were in earlier matches, as Mark Reilly saw a chance from the penalty spot go begging in the 21st minute. Nine minutes later, Waterloo had a glimmer of hope at the other end, but the Warrior forward was flagged for offside.

The two teams battled inconclusively well into the second half, and it seemed that the Warriors would escape with a fortunate point on the afternoon, before Kazda struck in the 75th to break the game open in the late stages.

Six minutes later, Truyen doubled the Marauder lead, and Luxton trebled it on the stroke of stoppage time. Before the Warriors could escape the beating, Serafini added the Marauders' fourth in the extra minutes.

With a winning streak in the works, the Marauders will return to Waterloo in a week with the Laurier Golden Hawks in their sights. That match on Saturday, September 20 will follow the preceding women's match, and is slated for kickoff at 3:15 p.m.
