Hamilton, Ont. - The McMaster women's soccer team captured their second win of the season over the Windsor Lancers on Saturday afternoon. The Marauders took the win 3-1. 

Emma Mangialardi opened up the scoring early on in the match with a strike from inside the 18-yard box at the 6 minute mark. Just three minutes later, the Lancers would tie the score up with a goal from Brianne Riccardi at 9:39. 

Later in the half, Mangialardi would connect for her third goal of the season in just two games with another strike from inside the box at 23:39. The Marauders would head into half time with the lead at 2-1. 

In an erractic day of weather, McMaster would score their third and final goal of the game, coming from captain Mel Van Der Hoop (Oakville, Ont.) at the 65 minute mark.

McMaster continues their home stand on Sunday and will host the Western Mustangs at 1pm at Ron Joyce Stadium.
