Hamilton, Ont. - The McMaster women's soccer team tallied their second tie of the season against the Guelph Gryphons on Saturday afternoon at Ron Joyce Stadium. 

In their second game of the week, the Marauders found themselves unable to score in the full 90 minutes. With opportunities in both halves, McMaster's front line was shut down. Despite some free kick opportunities from scoring range, the Marauders were unable to find the back of the net on a number of occassions.

On the other end of the field, McMaster's tight defence did not allow for many chances from the visitors either. Around the 70 minute mark, Marauder goalkeeper Brittany Duffey (Markham, Ont.) made a jumping, diving save on what looked like a goal from a Guelph forward to maintain another shut out.

The game would end scoreless for both teams.

The Marauders take on the UOIT Ridgebacks on Sunday on the road at 1pm.
