Box Score London, Ont. - The McMaster men's volleyball team will be unable to defend their 2010-11 Men's Volleyball title. With a loss to the Queen's Gaels on Friday night, McMaster's playoff run was cut short. Set scores in the match were 19-25, 25-23, 18-25, 17-25.

Fifth-year Jeremy Groenveld ended this career as a Marauder with a team-high 15 kills and a block and an ace for 17 points on the night. Kevin Stevens also hit double-digits with 11 points and 10 digs and second-year Jori Mantha had another nine for McMaster in the loss.

For Queen's Joren Zeeman had an outstanding 23 points with 21 kills and 10 digs. Middle Michael Amoroso recorded another 11 points for the Gaels.

The Marauders finish off their season with a second place finish in the OUA regular seaon standings with 15 wins and three losses and with a playoff record of 1-1.
