ALTITUDE is a program designed to offer leadership, experiential education, and team building experiences to students, youth, adults, corporate groups, teams and organizations and more. Each group we service has specific needs, so we work closely prior to the program with the group contact to ensure the programming is relevant for their needs and goals. Each program is therefore custom tailored.
Our ultimate goals is to educate participants about group dynamics, the role and expectations of a leader and how members of a team / group can function most effectively. We strive to encourage groups to improve their social interaction with each other and foster leadership.
