Team Development Course (TDC)

McMaster's Team Development Course (TDC) offers a unique spin on traditional low ropes initiatives. Originally designed as a training tool for search and rescue crews, TDC initiatives test your group's communication, planning, problem solving, leadership, and decision making skills through unique, challenging exercises.

The Team Development Course is an exciting, versatile course designed for a variety of uses. The course can be adapted for groups all ages ranging from small children to adults. There is always a way to challenge your team further on the TDC.

This creative team building experience gives real results in group learning, group bonding and problem solving. Learn better communication, unity and group understanding and dynamics. Watch your team bond as they conquer "the great divergence", "the cross over", and many more exciting new challenges. The ALTITUDE program also has a variety of traditional (and some not-so-traditional!) group initiatives that always promote learning in a fun way.
