OUA honours for Stinson

HAMILTON, Ont. – McMaster's women's basketball player Amy Stinson (Hamilton, Ont.) was named an OUA All-Star on Wednesday afternoon as the 2025 major awards and all-stars were announced.

Stinson, a forward for McMaster, has completed her final season as a Marauder, playing a key role in the team's success. Over her four seasons, she has been essential to the Marauders' offensive play, helping lead the team to victory. In the 2024-25 season, Stinson scored 304 points, starting all 22 regular-season games and logging 691 minutes on the court. She had several standout performances this season, including a 24-point game against Carleton and six three-pointers in a game against Toronto. While excelling on the court, Stinson has also worked toward a degree in Kinesiology, balancing her academics and athletic commitment.
