TORONTO, Ont. — On Wednesday, the McMaster Marauders (4-14) faced the York Lions (4-14) for the second time this season

After losing to the Lions a few games back, the Marauders were able to put together a win this time around. Daniel Graham (Hamilton, Ont.) would hit a three early in the first quarter to put the Marauders up by one. But the Marauders would find themselves training after the first quarter. Early in the second quarter, AY Osunde (Scarborough, Ont.) would hit a pair of threes to bring the Marauders within three. Moody Qasim (Mississauga, Ont.) also helped contribute to the Marauder comeback hitting a three and a jumper later in the quarter. The Marauders started the second half down by six. Mike Demagus (Scarborough, Ont.) got the Marauders rolling in the second half hitting an early jumper and then a three to cut the York lead to one. And thanks to some more sharp shooting from Demagus, the Marauders would head into the final quarter down by just one. Qasim came alive for the Marauders in the fourth hitting some clutch jumpers and a three to push the Marauders past York with a score of 73-68.
