Hamilton, Ont. – After hosting the OUA Swimming Championships at the Pan Am Centre in Markham with impressive results, the Marauders are now gearing up for the U SPORTS Swimming Championships in Toronto, hosted by the Varsity Blues.

McMaster will have 19 swimmers representing the maroon and grey next week as they compete against swimmers from across the country. After walking away with hardware at the 2025 OUA Swimming Championships, the Marauders are determined to achieve similar success at the U SPORTS Swimming Championships, with several athletes aiming for podium finishes.
Swimmers to watch
Michelle Wang (Port Elgin, Ont.) is coming off a gold medal win in the women's 50m butterfly at the 2025 OUA Championships, finishing just seconds off the OUA record. Wang is a determined swimmer and is hoping to achieve tremendous results in Toronto.
Hayden Yeung (Hong Kong, CHINA.) recently won a bronze medal in the men's 200m breaststroke at the 2025 OUA Championship, posting a time of 1:02.17. Yeung and the rest of the Marauders will continue to work toward the podium next week and bring home great results.
