WATERLOO, Ont. — On Friday, the Marauders (3-2-2) traveled to Waterloo, Ont. to face the Laurier Golden Hawks (3-1-2).
McMaster's Ali Mudie (Burlington, Ont.) started in net for the Marauders and kept her opponent scoreless in a 1-0 win over the Golden Hawks.
The difference maker would come in the 36th minute off the foot of Jade Abreo (Mississauga, Ont.) recording her fourth goal of the season.
The Marauders defense held strong throughout the game allowing Laurier just a single shot on goal.
