For the final week of competition for the 2019-20 season, Grace Lloyd has been named the Pinks Burgers Athlete of the Week.

The Marauders competed at the 2020 U SPORTS Curling championships last week over the course of five days, finishing fourth overall on the national stage. The squad opened the tournament with three straight victories, dropping the Dalhousie Tigers 12-4, the Brandon Bobcats 7-4, and the Queen's Gaels 6-5. After a trio of losses to the Regina Cougars, Alberta Pandas, and UNB Reds, the Marauders closed out the round robin stage with a 7-6 victory.

In the semi-finals, the squad fell to the eventual champions, the Pandas, 8-4, and the Queen's Gaels, 7-5, in the bronze medal match.

For her efforts throughout the tournament, Lloyd was named a first-team all-Canadian as a second.
