Doubling the Warriors score by halftime, the McMaster Marauders men's basketball team cruised to a 93-61 victory on the road on Friday night against Waterloo.
Tristan Lindo led all scorers with 20 points on 8-of-12 shooting, while
Jordan Henry dropped 17 points, dishing out seven assists.
With three ties and five lead changes, the Marauders went on a 16-4 run midway through the first quarter and never looked back.
Shooting 45.5% from the floor all night, the Marauders forced 20 turnovers picking up 20 points in the process creating havoc for the Waterloo offense.
Bench scoring came often and plenty for the visitors, as
Damiann Prehay put up 14 points on 6-of-7 shooting from the floor to provide balanced scoring for his side.
The 32-point margin of victory is the second most this season by the Marauders who picked up their second win in three games.
The maroon are now 12-8 on the season, holding on to third place in the OUA Central division, while the Warriors fall to 5-14.
