The McMaster women's soccer team won their third game of the season over the UOIT Ridgebacks on Sunday afternoon. Three different Marauders scored in the win.

After a scoreless first half, the second got started with a goal by Tara Dawdy (Burlington, Ont.) in the 55th minute. This marks the forwards second goal of the season.

Just eight minutes after that, defender Cristina Leonardelli (Woodbridge, Ont.) would make it 2-0 in favour of the visiting Marauders to give them the cushion. Second-year Stephanie Davis (Mississauga, Ont.) would put the final nail in the coffin with a goal of her own in the 83rd minute to finish off the game 3-0.

In the win, this is goalkeeper Brittany Duffey's (Markham, Ont.) third shut out in a row.

The Marauders head to St. Catherines on September 21st to take on the Brock Badgers at 1pm.
