MARAUDERS TAKE OUT WARRIORS ON THE ROAD

Waterloo, Ont. - The McMaster men's basketball team recorded their 11th win of the season, as they took down the Waterloo Warriors on the road on Saturday afternoon. Five Marauders hit double-digit points in the 89-70 win.

Keeping it close in the first, the Marauders found themselves down two going into the second. The Warriors managed to outscore McMaster in the second as well and would be down 34-31. It would be the second half that McMaster would really pull out the win, scoring 26 points to Waterloo's 17 in the third and in the fourth would score 32 more to beat the Warriors for the second time this season.

High scorer for the Marauders was captain Victor Raso with 18 points and six rebounds. Nathan Pelech would score 15 more and rookie Aaron Redpath would add another 12. Rookies Adam Presutti and Joe Rocca would score ten apiece and Taylor Black would recorded nine points and eight rebounds.

For Waterloo, Mike Wright would score a game-high 26 points and Andrew Melbourne would add another 16 for the home team.
