Reilly joined the Marauders women's coaching staff in 2019, working alongside longtime friends and former Marauders teammates Anthony Costa and Chris Succi. One of the most successful forwards in McMaster history, he helped the Marauders to three OUA Championships (2009, 2011, 2012) and an appearance in the conference final in 2013. He was a three-time OUA all-star, and took part in the 2013 Summer Universiade in Kazan, Russia.
Decorated at the club level, Reilly won a Canadian Soccer League championship and played at the Professional Development League (PDL), Ontario Soccer League (OSL) and League 1 levels within Ontario.
While completing his Master's of Business Administration at McMaster, Reilly competed as a member of the Marauders men's squash team.
