Lesley Saltenberger joined the McMaster coaching staff in 2018, bringing her goalkeeping expertise to the Marauders.

She played Division I soccer at Buffalo, New York's Canisius College, and was named to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) All-Tournament Team at the conclusion of the 2010 season. Now a teacher in the Hamilton Catholic District School Board, Saltenberger teaches Science and Physical Education at St. Thomas More while coaching soccer, and led the junior boys program to a city championship in 2019.
