Entering his 3rd season with Marauder football, Coach Brady has taken on the role of assistant head coach, on top of his duties as Defensive Coordinator.  

Scott is the former head coach and defensive coordinator at Mount Allison University, where he won consecutive Loney Bowl titles as Atlantic University Sport (AUS) champion in 2013 and 2014, Scott Brady was announced December 7, 2017 as the Marauders defensive coordinator.

Brady arrived at McMaster following eight seasons on staff at Mount Allison, where he assumed the role of defensive coordinator in 2011 before ascending to the head coaching position in 2016. During his tenure, the Mounties advanced to four straight Loney Bowls (2013-16), and achieved the first undefeated regular season in school history in 2014.

In addition to his roles at Mount Allison, Brady served as defensive coordinator for Team East at the CIS East-West Bowl in 2013, and has twice featured as a guest coach at a Canadian Football League training camp, serving with the Toronto Argonauts in 2011 and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2015.
