Coach Nick Lazar is entering his 3^rd season on the Marauder staff. Nick has coached for over 20 years at various levels. He coached three years as the Head Coach / Defensive Coordinator of the HFA Junior Varsity Program winning the 2018 OPFL Provincial Championship. His 2019 team reached the OPFL Provincial Championship. He was the head coach for the HFA Bantam Program for 3 years. In 2016 his Bantam team ended its season 12-0, ranked #1 and capped of the season as the OFC Provincial 

Champions. Nick served as the linebacker coach from 2015 to 2016 for the Hamilton Hurricanes winning the 2016 Provincial title. In 2017 he had the honour of being named Football Canada Minor Football Coach of the Year. 

Nick played for CJFL Burlington Braves, University of Guelph and finished his playing career at McMaster University. 

Coach Lazar is a NCCP Football Coach Facilitator and also volunteers his time coaching at various player development camps. Nick resides in Brantford, with his wife Kathleen and their son Nickolas Jr.
