Coach Crichton enters his fifth season with the Marauders after eight years coaching minor football and local high schools. In 2008, Crichton was GM and O-line coach for the  Hamilton Hurricanes of the Ontario Football Conference.  In 2008, Coach Crichton founded the Steelers Football Club which now has teams for players 6-19 years old . Crichton lives in Stoney Creek with his wife Cindy and has three children; sons Cody and Dalton and daughter Hollie Lee.
