Coach Crichton enters his third season with the Marauders after eight years coaching minor football and local high schools. In 2008, Crichton was GM and O-line coach for the Hamilton Hurricanes of the Ontario Football Conference. In 2008, Coach Crichton founded the Steelers Football Club which now has teams for players 6-19 years old.
