McMaster Tenure: 2nd season (2019 - present)

Now entering his 2^nd season with the Marauders. Grant re-joined McMaster's coaching staff on January 31, 2019, assuming the role of offensive coordinator.

He had previously served as a receivers coach with the Marauders for the 2010 and 2011 seasons.

His move to McMaster marked the end of a six-year coaching tenure for Grant with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, where he most recently held the position of assistant offensive coordinator and running backs coach in 2018. He joined the Ticats staff in 2013 as a running backs and quality control coach.
