Cross Country:
2022-23: Placed 6th in the 2022 OUA Cross Country Championships with a time of 24:59. Placed 13th in the U SPORTS Cross Country National Championships with a time of 25:10. 

Track:
2022-23: Placed second in the men's 3000m run with a time of 8:18.58 at the OUA Championships. Finished seventh in the men's 3000m with a time of 8:10.77 at the U SPORTS Nationals.Â
