Men's Rugby Head Coach - Job Description

This part-time position is responsible for all coaching elements associated with the men's rugby program. Reporting to the Manager, Competitive Sports, the incumbent is responsible for the overall direction, planning, recruitment, team selection, and player development. The incumbent will design and implement a yearly training program as well as recruiting highly qualified OUA caliber student-athletes conducive to positioning McMaster men's rugby at the top of OUA competition.
