The Marauders defended the Burridge Gym for a 74-66 win in October, but the Lancers returned the favour, ending a three-game losing streak against the Maroon with a near equivalent 71-64 victory at the St. Denis Centre.

Christina Buttenham played some of her best basketball against the Lancers in that series, averaging 16.5 points across both games, on 48% shooting, as well as 2.5 steals.

What's Good

McMaster
  • The Marauders are coming off a pair of losses against the No. 5 Ryerson Rams 84-46, and the York Lions91-84, amounting to a four-game losing streak.
  • Featuring a younger squad this season, the Marauders come off their national championship with five key rookies on their roster, some of which have seen valuable minutes. Jenna Button is one of those rookies, who is currently third on her team in assists/game with 2.0, and ranks in the top 10 amongst all rookies in that category.
  • One of the successes of this season for the Marauders has been their active hands on defence, ranking second in the OUA in steals per game, averaging 12.3 steals.

Windsor
  • The Lancers come into this match-up on an impressive seven-game win streak after defeating the Laurier Golden Hawks 75-57 to kick-off 2020.
  • A rebounding juggernaut, the Lancers lead the OUA in rebounds per game with 14.1, our rebounding their opponents by a league leading 14 more boards per game.
  • The Lancers also lead the OUA in points per game allowed, holding their opponents to 55.9 points per game, forcing teams to shoot a league low 32.4% from field goal.
