Men's Soccer: 10-Man Marauders Beaten 3-0 in OUA Bronze Medal Game

McMaster was shut out for a second straight day Saturday, falling to Ryerson.

A weekend to forget for the Marauders ended on a sour note Saturday at the OUA Final Four, as McMaster sank to a second 3-0 loss in as many days.

Mac was down two goals within the opening 16 minutes, and reduced to 10 men in the 26th when OUA First Team All-Star Yunus Mollayev was issued a straight red card, and fell to the Ryerson Rams in the OUA bronze medal game.

The combo of Arya Hermati and Nick Lambis struck four minutes apart in the 12th and 16th to fire Ryerson into an early 2-0 lead, before Mollayev's dismissal elevated Mac's degree of difficulty even higher.

Adding the third in injury time to put the result beyond any doubt, Daniel Merean added his name to the score sheet for the Rams.

McMaster finished fourth to conclude the OUA season.
