Box Score Thunder Bay, Ont. - The McMaster Marauders women's volleyball team won their second of the season on Saturday night over the Lakehead Thunderwolves.

Set scores in the match were 25-18, 25-18 and 25-19 in favour of the visiting Marauders.

Lakehead top scorer was Vanessa Chorkawy with a game-high 12 kills (on 22 attempts with 3 errors) and 2 block assists for 13 points to go with 4 digs. Jorie Daymond had 9 kills on 15 attempts with 2 errors. Daymond added 9 digs to her totals. Lakehead setter Sarah Hudson had 27 assists. Libero Breanne Hilhorst had 11 digs.
 
McMaster's Shannon McRobert had 9 kills with 4 solo blocks and 3 block assists for 14.5 points on the night. McMaster setter Amanda Weldon finished with 23 assists, 4 digs and 2 block assists. Kailee Stock and Camilla Thorne-Tjomsland had 8 kills each.

Next up for the Marauders is games against the Ryerson Rams and the Toronto Varsity Blues on Saturday and Sunday next weekend.
