The Marauders first-year goalkeeper from Maple, ON enjoyed a successful road trip on the pitch, playing an integral part as McMaster took four points from two matches. Abbatangelo began the weekend with a three-save clean sheet in Waterloo, as the Marauders defeated the Warriors 1-0 on Saturday. Her task was much tougher on Sunday, however, and the rookie was faced with nine shots in St. Catherines. Abbatangelo allowed only a single goal as the Marauders hit back to earn a 1-1 draw with the Brock Badgers.
