Bringing home a gold medal from Ypsilanti, Michigan, the second-year Marauder topped the field at 3000m in a highly-competitive race that included opponents from Western, Waterloo, Windsor and the NCAA, as well as the majority of McMaster's distance group.
His time of 8:24.40 at Eastern Michigan University's Can-Am International ranks Drover ninth in Canada at the distance when adjusted for track conditions, and is the fastest yet registered by a Marauder this season.
