Making his return to conference play for the first time this season after missing the fall through injury, Matt Passalent emphasized his importance to the Marauders by offensively starring in a pair of victories against U SPORTS top 10 opponents over the weekend.

The fourth-year right side had 10 kills, two aces and a block assist for 12.5 points Saturday, as the Marauders swept the #7-ranked Windsor Lancers, before leading his team, and the match, with 15 kills and 18.5 points as Mac fought past #8-ranked Western in four sets on Sunday.
