Kicking off the Marauders playoff journey in style, Koppers produced an outstanding offensive performance as McMaster comfortable swept their way into the OUA Final Four on home court for the sixth consecutive season.

The veteran from Georgetown, Ont. was far and away the leading scorer on the night, with 11 kills on 17 attempts versus just three errors (.471), while adding an ace and two blocks for 14 points, as the Marauders handily beat the Nipissing Lakers 25-13, 25-8, 25-18 and vaulted back into the U SPORTS top 10 rankings.

Playing in his final season as a Marauder, Koppers was named as an OUA First Team All-Star for the second consecutive year.
