The Marauders rookie continued her exceptional first season with a gold medal at the University of Toronto’s Winter Invitational on Saturday, January 21. Lei was one of five medalists for McMaster on the day, winning the 100m freestyle in a time of 55.63 that represented a personal best for the Surrey, BC native.

That performance ranked 10th in U SPORTS this season, and positions Lei well for a place in the national championship meet in February.
