Moving up in weight, and wrestling as a senior despite his junior age, second-year Marauder Ben Zahra excelled at the Ontario Senior Provincial Championships this past weekend in Kitchener.

The Economics major was competing at 86kg -- up from his usual divisional weight of 74kg -- and won gold at the provincial event, defeating Western’s Jackson Browning to advance to the final, where Marauders alumnus Ahmed Shamiya was due to meet him before withdrawing with an injury.
