McMaster’s veteran forward showed no sign of rust to open the 2017 season this past weekend, finding the back of the net in both of the Marauders contests at Ron Joyce Stadium. Carboni provided the second-half strike that ultimately earned Mac a point in a 2-2 draw with the Waterloo Warriors Saturday, before opening the scoring in her team’s Sunday follow-up against the Laurier Golden Hawks, which the Marauders similarly drew 2-2.
