On a weekend full of excellent performances from a Marauder team that swept two matches against difficult competition, Taylor Brisebois was a model of consistency. The fifth-year middle was among McMaster’s leading scorers on both Saturday and Sunday, and effectively neutralized her opposite numbers against Ottawa and Guelph.
In the Marauders straight-set win over the Gee-Gees, Brisebois had 11.5 points, including a game-high tally of three solo blocks and five block assists, to go along with six kills. A day later, she was brutally efficient in killing 11 of 20 hitting attempts versus just two errors, while adding two aces and two and a half blocks.
